About Us

Civic Access and Support Network (CASNET) is a Kenyan non-governmental organization committed to empowering citizens through access to public services, civic engagement, community leadership, social accountability, and inclusive development. Established in 2025 and headquartered in Nairobi, CASNET works to strengthen the connection between citizens, institutions, and public services.

We believe that informed and empowered communities are the foundation of a just, inclusive, and accountable society. Through partnerships, advocacy, innovation, and grassroots engagement, we support citizens to actively participate in governance and drive positive social change across Kenya.

Our Theory of Change

Creating Pathways to Inclusive, Empowered, and Resilient Communities

At CASNET, we believe that when citizens have access to information, opportunities, services, and platforms for participation, they are better equipped to shape their own futures and contribute to sustainable community development.

Through civic engagement, leadership development, social accountability, environmental stewardship, and community empowerment, we help strengthen the connection between people, institutions, and opportunities.

As communities become more informed, organized, and engaged, they are better able to influence decisions, access services, protect their rights, and drive positive change.

This creates stronger communities, improved governance, greater social inclusion, and sustainable development outcomes across Kenya.
